A low-alc cocktail crowned with a fruity zing and celebratory sparkle - the Royal Ruby Spritz

1.  Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker 
2. Add the Ruby Aperitif, a gin of your choice, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar syrup and ice to the shaker
3. Shake well over ice
4. Using a double strainer, strain the cocktail into a chilled flute glass

Top with sparkling wine, serve with a strawberry wedge and enjoy.

• 35ml: Wavelength Ruby Aperitif
• 25ml: London Dry Gin
• 100ml: Sparkling wine
  
• 10ml: Sugar syrup
• 4x Fresh strawberries
• 1/2 freshly squeezed lime
• Ice
