Delivery & Returns
Wavelength Drinks orders are shipped via a trackable, signed-for service for £4.99 across the UK.
Delivery zones
We deliver between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Your order should arrive with you as follows:-
Mainland UK: England, Scotland (excluding Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands) and Wales – orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
Other UK Territories: Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland. - orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days.
Timing
All orders received before 10am are shipped the same day for next day delivery. With everything going on in the world we cannot guarantee a next day delivery but will do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. We do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service at the moment.
Tracking
Your tracking details will be emailed to you on dispatch. You will need to sign for your order but as Wavelength Drinks is non-alcoholic, no need to show proof of age. If you are not in to sign for your order then our courier will attempt to deliver once more. If you are unable to sign on the second occasion then they will leave a card with further instructions.
[[ SPLIT ]]Can I change my order once I have placed it?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, we are unable to change your order. If you contact us before you receive your shipping confirmation email then we will do our best to change it for you. Due to our picking and dispatch process, it's very unlikely that we will be able to fulfil your request.
What happens if I haven't received my order?
Allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK, if it still hasn't arrived, then track your order. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email. If you are still having problems then please call us on 01208832131 or email orders@highpointdrinks.co.uk
How will you process my refund?
You must notify us by email if you would like to return items for a refund. Once we have received the order back in our warehouse in new condition, we will process your refund for the cost of the item.
