Ruby Bitter Summer

Our high-noon highball packs a zingy herbal hit.

  • Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice
  • Shake for 10 seconds.
  • Fine strain into a chilled highball glass full of cubed ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of pink grapefruit.


  • 50ml Wavelength Ruby Aperitif
  • 50ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10ml 1:1 sugar syrup
  • 5ml passionfruit syrup
  • 5-8 mint leaves
