Our classic Negroni is made with equal parts High Point Ruby Aperitif, London Dry Gin and Cocchi Vermouth, it packs as much punch as it's fully alcoholic counterpart.
- 25ml Wavelength Ruby Aperitif
- 25ml London Dry Gin
- 25ml Punt E Mes or Cocchi Vermouth
- Cubed ice and orange peel
1. Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
2. Fine strain into a chilled tumbler full of cubed ice
Garnish with orange peel and be ready to indulge.
